Every guide and driver was a true professional - so polite, caring, always on time and they provided an answer to every question we asked - and we asked many! And a special thanks to you for answering all my email questions in my brother's absence.

We also wanted to let you know how great the tour guides were that you selected for our trip. Tun in Saigon and Tom in Central Vietnam were fantastic. They were both very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and they both went above and beyond our expectations to make it a memorable experience.

Just a quick mail to thank you for arranging a wonderful, memorable and professional tour of Viet Nam. All tour itineraries were fulfilled professionally and the guides and drivers went well beyond the call of duty to make sure everything ran smoothly. The choice of hotels were excellent, and following our conversation I now understand that you have personally checked each of them, and this was quite evident. The locations and facilities of the hotels were great, and given that we were away from the UK for 23 days it was a welcome change to have free wifi in each of the hotels to enable regular contact with family and friends back in the UK.

We certainly enjoyed every aspect of the holiday, and special thanks to you and your team for your flexibility and patience when we were emailing and agreeing our itinerary, however, your advice was always accurate and well received. Similarly when we were in Hoi An, we requested to transfer to Nha Trang one day earlier than planned (only due to the cold weather) your team responded quickly, professionally and efficiently ensuring that our wishes were met.

We certainly very pleased that we selected your company to arrange all the travel, hotels and internal flights, and must congratulate you that over the 21 days we were travelling throughout Vietnam we did not have any issues or problems, the timing's on the itinerary were accurate and the pace of the holiday was good, allowing Diane and myself enough time on our own to enjoy the delights of Vietnam. 

Please feel free to use us as a reference in future, and we will certainly recommend you to our contacts and anyone of whom we know to be planning a trip to Vietnam.

We plan to return in the next couple of years and will certainly extend our visit into Cambodia and Laos, and we would not consider any other company to help us with our arrangements other than you and V'explore

Your trip plans for us were exceptional

Hello Hau,
Thanks for our wonderful trip to SE Asia.  We are home (with jet lag and a cold) and recovering from the long flights.  Your trip plans for us were exceptional.  Everything was as expected or better. We thank you very much for arranging the trip for us.  I would like to recommend you to others and if there is a particular site on the web that would be best for me to put this recommendation, please let me know so that I can post my good comments for you and your company. 

All the places we stayed except for one were great and the guides were all exceptional but for one.  The guide who was contracted by you for Bob and I while in Can Tho was not very knowledgeable or accommodating.  We did not boat through the canals after the floating market as expected and the biking was only partially enjoyable, as after biking along the canals (which we liked) he took us through the main part of the city with all the traffic, even after I told him we did not want to bike on the main busy roads.  I would not recommend him and wanted you to know this so you do not use him for other clients.  Also, the Thien Hai Son resort on Phu Quoc was not to our liking, as the grounds were not that clean and it was just too big for us.  Fortunately we stayed there for only one night and then we were off to the delightful Mango Bay where we had the best bungalow of the entire resort!  We loved it and the resort.  
Some of the highlights were Hoian old town, the cooking class, and the Victoria Beach resort (where they upgraded us to mini suites); the Red Dragon cruise (although they feed us too much wonderful food); and viewing the Wats of Cambodia staying at the Pavillion D'Orient hotel.  Indeed, we completely enjoyed our entire trip and are so very pleased we choose you to make all the arrangements.

A quick note to thank you for our perfect May/June 2010 Vietnam stay. As usual you guys came through and met all our needs and plus. Your hospitality by meeting us at the Saigon airport with the hotels and in country transportation arrangements were perfect! :) You guys go the extra mile as usual. We were very happy with your competitive tour costs and seeing that everything was going as planned. Loved the generous lunch and dinner you included in our in country tour. The drivers and your good english speaking guides made the trip more enjoyable. They also saw to it that the custom tour went as planed and there personal touch was welcomed. Enjoyed the tropical ocean waters of Vung Tau and Mui Ne. The home stay in the Mekong Delta was great and seeing the floating markets and the other stops in the Mekong Delta was fun and interesting. The vietnamese food everywhere was delicious. Thanks a million! We will be back for more :)

Excellent Vietnam Travel Agent - Kathleen Pickett

We recently used a terrific travel agent in Vietnman named Nguyen Thaihau from V'Explore Travel. I love making my own travel plans, but Vietnam was the hardest trip I have ever tried to arrange. One of the airlines cancelled my flight after they had sent me a confirmation number! I was lucky to find that out when I looked up my reservation with that confirmation number and it said "Reservation cancelled." It is almost impossible to reach some of the airlines in Vietnam. They often do not answer their phones, and when they do, most do not speak English.

I read a about Nguyen Thaihau on Trip Advisor. I then called the V'Explore in the US to be sure that he was legitimate.They gave me the number of the Vietnam office so I called there to be sure that he did work there before I turned over our plans and a down payment. HIs prices were reasonable, and we were really happy to enjoy his fine guides

Mr. Thaihau was terrific. He even got some of the hotels that I had already booked at a significantly lower price. His price was nominal. The guides he arranged for us were essential to understanding and enjoying Ha Noi and Saigon. They were right there to pick us up at the airports. Mr Thaihau arranged our visas, for less than we could have ourselves. He told us the best places to visit and stay, and made all airline arrangements. I had many questions, and he always e-mailed me back immediately. He was a gracious, highly efficient gentleman. How I wish I had found him before I spent so many frustrating and fruitless hours trying to plan this trip on my own!

A big ‘THANK YOU’  to Mr Hau of  V’Explore Travel  for a wonderful holiday I had with 9 other friends in Vietnam in November 2009!  Till today, we have not stopped talking about the great time we had.  Mr Nguyen Thai Hau of Sales Department, who coordinated our trip,  was most accommodating in customizing  and fulfilling all my requests.  His responses to my queries were both reliable and prompt.  The company’s tour package was  inexpensive.   Their  tour guide, Toaan,  who speaks  good English is an experienced and caring guide.   

I was initially apprehensive about transmitting the tour deposit as it was the first time that I had dealt with a travel company online, but was proven wrong when I arrived in Ho Chi Minh.  Sight-seeing was well paced, hotels  selected  and service levels were excellent;  all aspects of our trip went well  … well done, V’Explore Travel!  I would highly recommend V’Explore to anyone looking for a reliable tour agent.

My sister and I spent 3 fabulous weeks in Vietnam December 2007.  Vietnam can be summed up in 2 words; diverse and colorful.  It’s young and old, urban and rural, chaotic and serene, green and grey, but always and everywhere colorful.  We traveled the length from north to south and our trip could not have been any more perfect than what we experienced.  Having beautiful sunny weather in all parts of Vietnam in one month is quite rare, so it appears we were very fortunate.

We would like to thank V’Explore Travel, located in Saigon for all the arrangements they made.  Their communication was always prompt and they were very patient and flexible as we changed the dates a few times. We planned where we wanted to go and for how long and they secured the hotels, guides and drivers for us. Our guides were educated and made the journey all the more rewarding.  Also, anyone who has been to Vietnam will appreciate this: Experienced drivers are critical as your life is in their hands.  We researched several tour operators and V’Explore delivered the class of service we wanted at a VERY competitive price.

Dear Hau

Please accept this note of thanks for the splendid tour of Vietnam that you arranged for me. All aspects of the tour worked out just as we planned and it all went off very well thanks to the manner in which you organised all the arrangements.  This was no small feat because our 17 day itinerary included hotels, flights, trains, day tours, cruises etc from Sapa in the north through Hanoi, Halong Bay, Cat Ba, Tam Coc, Hue, Hoi An and  south to Ho Chi Minh City. The guides we had for the different parts of the tour were knowledgeable and well spoken and their sense of humour was just what most Aussies appreciate when we are on holidays.

This was the second trip that Robin and I have taken to Vietnam and on this occasion we brought 6 friends with us who were visiting Vietnam for the first time. Naturally I was anxious for the trip to go well because we were introducing Vietnam to our friends and you certainly delivered us an outstanding holiday. Our friends were so impressed I think you will have some repeat customers next year.

Vietnam is a country with some beautiful scenery, interesting historical sights and an engaging cultural difference for visitors ( crossing the road in the midst of oncoming motorbikes is exciting) but the friendly people are really the main attraction – this tour enabled us to come into contact with some of those people and we loved it!

I would like to thank you for all the work you have done in organizing our trip for my daughter and I in Vietnam, and we were certainly not your easiest customers.  Especially your concern when we had 'disappeared' in Hanoi was very comforting.  We LOVED Vietnam.  In fact, 3 months later, I am now returning to Vietnam again, this time with my husband.  We haven't made it to HCMC yet, but one day we will so that we can thank you in person - it seems we know you so well.  Also, Marianne wants to take you up on your offer to give her a motorbike ride so she can have a real Vietnam experience!

Seattle from our 6th vacation trip 

Just returned home to the cold and rain of Seattle from our 6th vacation trip to Vietnam in the last 5 years. Again we had V'ExploreTravel Company located in Saigon make all of our custom day to day intinerary plans including our bookings for hotel and flight reservations out of Siem Reap,Cambodia into Vietnam. We were met by Nghia 'manager/owner' and Hau 'trip cordinator' at the airport. We stopped for lunch on the way to the hotel in the company's air conditioned new car. As usual, the trip went without any glitches. V'ExploreTravel and staff made all our local viet air transfer reservations and pre-booked all our hotel/resort rooms plus a couple day outings with car/driver and guide. We love the profesionalism and there personal touch they give to the services they provide. They respond back quickly to our e-mails when we are making our trip plans. Also they only require just $150 deposit to guarantee the trip reservations and bookings not like the many other local viet travel company's that require Visa card details and full payement up front. I also like how we are given there private cell/mobil phone numbers to call if during the trip we want to make a  change or ? There are now over 2,000 local viet travel company's in Vietnam. We always shop and compare the same services (room type classification) and costs with some of the bigger travel company's there. They are always lower in price and deliver what has been promised. Gin and I give thumbs up to them and there staff. We will be back!
